Returning an Item

If you are unhappy with your purchase, then you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase. However, in order to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be returned to us unused, in original condition with tags/packaging and in a saleable condition (we will not accept items, we suspect to have been used or that show signs of damage). Unfortunately, we are also unable to process any claims for a return after 30 days from the purchase date.

Raise a Return as Account Customer

Please log into your account, and select “Request Return” tab from the options menu within your account dashboard. Please select the item(s) from your order you wish to return, along with the reason for the return and one of our team will contact you within 24hrs with instructions on how to return your item(s).

Raise a Return as Guest Customer

Please email your request for return with heading: Request Return, to hello@tankslapped.com, along with your original sales order reference, the item(s) from your order you wish to return and the reason for the return, and one of our team will contact you within 24hrs with instructions on how to return your item(s).

When we Receive Your Return  

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will email you that we have received your returned item(s) and notify you if your request has been approved. If your request has been approved, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment, within 3 to 6 business days, for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item. However, all associated Shipping Costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping Charges

You are responsible for your own shipping costs on the return of your item. Any shipping costs (original and subsequent) to you are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £25, please consider using a “Track and Trace” shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not and will not guarantee or be held responsible for any returned items we do not receive. Depending on country’s location and shipping services, times may vary when returning items.

Shipping Definitions

Royal Mail Recorded (UK & Europe)
Is a proof of delivery service. All UK orders are tracked on delivery. Once the parcel has been signed for, the Royal Mail will have a record of who signed, and when. Shipping outside of the UK, your parcel is tracked as it enters the shipping country as well as being proof of delivery.

Royal Mail Regular (UK and Europe)
Is the cheapest delivery option. However, the shipping is an untracked service. Often orders shipped with Royal Mail’s 24 services arrive the next working day but can take up to 3 working days to arrive (UK only), and Royal Mail 48 generally arrives within 2 working days, but can take up to 5 working days to arrive (UK only).

DPD Courier (Worldwide)
Is a tracked shipping service, where the parcel is tracked throughout its journey, with proof of delivery. The ‘Next Day’ delivery is a next working day service for the UK only, and delivery estimates for other countries will take slightly longer.

USPS (USA)
All USA orders are a tracked delivery service, providing end-to-end package tracking. You can check delivery progress and once the parcel has been signed for the USPS will record who signed for the parcel, and when. 

P2P (Australia)
All Australia orders are a tracked service, providing peer-to-peer package tracking, which greatly reduces delivery times to AU. Once the parcel has been signed for the P2P will record who signed for the parcel, and when.

What if My Parcel Doesn’t Arrive?

Royal Mail
All deliveries are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by Tankslapped. If your parcel has not been delivered within the timeframe, it’s very likely there has been a delay in transit. However, If your order has been shipped via The Royal Mail, please wait 10 working days for UK addresses or 20 working days for European addresses before contacting us. The Royal Mail will deem a parcel as lost if not delivered within these times. We require lost parcels to be reported to us within 30 days from dispatch to offer a replacement.

DPD USPS & P2P
All orders shipped with DPD, USPS & P2P are fully trackable and we recommend you contact us with your tracking number for the quickest resolution. We require lost parcels to be reported to us within 10 days from dispatch to offer a replacement.
